Howeyah app and website privacy

This notice covers the Howeyah Real Estate Android and iPhone app and accounts on howeyah.net. The service is provided by Howeyah Real Estate. Privacy contact: info@howeyahcrm.com. Updated 19 October 2026.

Data and purposes

You may browse as a guest. Accounts use your name, email, account identifier and sign-in information to operate and secure access. We process the phone number, messages and contact or booking requests you submit, plus favorites, saved searches, language and currency preferences to provide and synchronize these functions across the app and website. A booking is a contact request, not an in-app purchase or payment.

Advertisers and content

Enabling advertiser functions involves profile and company information and the images and documents you upload for verification, moderation and listing management. Verification documents are not public. Listing details and images become public after review and publication. Reports and blocking requests support moderation and safety.

Assistant and service providers

The optional assistant requires consent. Your messages and public property context are sent to Google Gemini to generate replies. Do not include passwords or identity documents in chat. Conversations are encrypted on our servers and periodically deleted after 30 days. Hosting and email providers operate the service and deliver verification codes. Maps request tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives the IP address and technical request information; the app does not request your current GPS location. Firebase components use technical installation/service identifiers; notification tokens are used when the feature is enabled and notifications are permitted. Optional WhatsApp links open a separate service governed by its own policy.

Security and choices

Connections to our services use HTTPS. Mobile sign-in tokens use secure storage. The app adds no advertising or Analytics SDK. You choose any images or documents to upload. Status and search alerts can be disabled in settings when available. Private accounts and requests are access-controlled; internal CRM notes are not shown to property seekers.

Retention and deletion

Use My account → Settings → Delete account to confirm deletion. Confirmation immediately disables the account and revokes sessions. Server jobs then remove favorites, searches, device registrations, notifications and owned files and remove contact details from requests. Legacy documents may need manual review. Business/audit identifiers and records required by law or service security remain for as long as necessary for those purposes.
